Andrea’s Papillon, a handbag boutique, began as a vision of owner Jane Kelley. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Kelley’s love for fashion led to the launch of Andrea’s Papillon LLC in 2003. The boutique’s namesake is Kelley’s daughter, Andrea, who is just as enthusiastic about fashion as her mother. The boutique has a selection of clothing, accessories and fine gifts for every taste and budget.
